Currently under development, each home is positioned to enjoy natural light, privacy, and seamless indoor–outdoor connections.

House 2 spans 547m² with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, while House 3 offers 424m² with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Both feature open-plan living areas, wine cellars tucked beneath staircases, rooftop gardens, expansive balconies, and carefully integrated natural elements such as preserved trees and a curved external staircase that embraces the landscape.

The architecture emphasises light, nature, and art. Sliding glass doors (2.4m high) and clerestory windows flood interiors with daylight, while glass balustrades ensure unobstructed views. Natural surroundings are incorporated into the design, from tree-lined edges to rooftop gardens.

Feature walls throughout the interiors are intentionally placed to showcase art, creating focal points that bring character and identity to the homes. Additional amenities include a fire pit and gazebo (House 2), timber-clad feature walls with fireplaces, and PJ lounges with contrasting dark walls designed to highlight artwork.

Construction highlights include expansive glass façades supported by carefully placed columns and dividing walls, enabling open-plan layouts with uninterrupted flow. Every detail is designed to provide a sense of sanctuary, allowing residents to feel deeply connected to the surrounding natural beauty while enjoying modern sophistication.
